Miriam Andreta has more than fifteen years of experience acting for both foreign and domestic lenders in high-profile syndication financings to Indonesian companies. On antitrust matters, Miriam Andreta has been advising both local and foreign companies on various antitrust issues relating to their business, as well as assisting their merger notification process. - Counsel to PT Bangun Loka Indah, an affiliated company of PT Djarum, in its approximately IDR 800 billion acquisition of 2.795 hectares of land and real property from PT Bukit Savanna Raya .

- Counsel to PT Kalista Biru Nusantara, a prominent fleets-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Indika Energy group in relation to its successful support of the National Public Transport Improvement Program, particularly in relation to procurement of electric buses by the Regional Government of Medan.

- Counsel to a leading Indonesian conglomerate group company, on a successful merger filing to the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) in relation to acquisition of hectares a five-star international-chain resort, located in a prime tourism area in West Java, Indonesia, aiming to build credibility in the property industry through effective and innovative asset management.

- Counsel to Mitsui & Co., Ltd and Penske Truck Leasing in the establishment of their truck operating lease business in Indonesia together with CSM Corporatama, a subsidiary of Indomobil under the major Indonesian conglomerate Salim Group.

- Counsel to PT Dhost Telekomunikasi Nusantara, in its IDR 480,000,000,000 (approx. USD 32 million) acquisition of indoor telecommunication infrastructure assets located at 633 sites across Indonesia from PT Indosat Tbk, trading as Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, one of the largest Indonesian cellular telecommunications networks and services providers.

- Advising and supporting multiple Japanese major manufacturing companies, in relation to their investigation relating to anti-dumping investigation in Indonesia as a surrogate country on certain goods imported to Japan from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea.

- Counsel to Mitsubishi Corporation and its Indonesian subsidiary PT Diamond Development Indonesia in their new urban integrated township project with an estimated gross development value of IDR 9 trillion (approx. USD 630 million) in SHILA at Sawangan, a 102-hectare township in Depok, West Java, Indonesia.

- Counsel to Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited, on its Indonesian post-merger report related matter with Hitachi Capital Corporation. The merger is calculated at USD 2.8 billion and considered as one of the biggest merger deals, which results in the combined company’s annual sales amounting to USD 13.3 billion, assets worth about USD 95 billion, and almost 10,000 employees.

- Advising and supporting multiple Japanese major manufacturing companies, in relation to their investigation relating to anti-dumping investigation in Indonesia as a surrogate country on certain goods imported to Japan from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea.

- Advising a sectoral foreign government agency in various aspects of Antitrust Law in Indonesia, including in relation to merger report for assets transfer, mergers, consolidations, and/or acquisitions, and dominant position rules under the Indonesian Antitrust law.

- Counsel to PT Dhost Telekomunikasi Nusantara in its financing and acquisition process of indoor telecommunication infrastructure assets from PT XL Axiata Tbk, one of the largest cellular telecommunications networks and services provider in Indonesia.

- Counsel to Hokkan Holdings Corporation in its IDR 1,262 billion or approximately 9.5-billion-yen acquisition of beverage package manufacturing business from 7 group companies of PT. Deltapack Industri, which includes transfer and assignment of substantial DPI group’s moveable and immovable assets as well as business portfolios.
