W&P has developed rapidly within a relatively short period, from only 3 lawyers at its establishment in November 2017 to become 26 fee earners. This includes one foreign counsel and one local counsel and 21 staff by the end of 2019. During the first year of W&P, the firm was trusted with numerous multi-million dollar transactions, including the IDR 1,262 billion (approximately USD 100 million) acquisition of beverage package manufacturing business counsel. This transaction won ALB M&A Deal of the Year for 2019.
