Career

Founding partner of Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet & Cía., head of the international practice and the ESG departments, and is also the co-head of the litigation and dispute resolution department.

He was part of Chile’s Legal Team before The Hague International Court of Justice in the Maritime Dispute Case with Bolivia; and he has been a member of the Interamerican Judicial Committee of the Organization of American States. He has been legal advisor of the Presidency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Human Rights Institute in Chile.
