Mike Grace

Mike Grace provides counsel and litigation services to contractors, developers, design professionals, and other construction industry clients. He drafts and negotiates a wide variety of contracts and agreements, and helps his clients resolve issues that arise during all phases of the construction process. Mike is experienced in resolving multiple different types of construction claims and disputes, including bid protests, change order and extra work disputes, claims for defective design and construction, as well as claims for delay, acceleration, impact, and lost productivity. He is well versed with construction insurance and surety bonds, and regularly assists clients with solving coverage disputes.

Mike is experienced with multiple forms of project delivery systems, and has worked on a wide variety of public and private construction projects. These include heavy civil and marine projects, airports, light rail, sports stadiums, school and civic facilities, high rise and vertical construction, as well as numerous commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. Mike is actively involved with construction industry organizations, and is frequent speaker on construction law topics. Mike also serves as a mediator and arbitrator for construction disputes and related matters.
