A counsel at WKB Banking & Finance practice, Michał has over 15 years of experience in advising on general corporate finance, project finance (with a significant focus on renewable energy projects), acquisition finance (LBOs and MBOs), asset finance and cross-border finance (including HYB issuances). He represents lenders and borrowers in financing and refinancing transactions, negotiating loan agreements and security documentation. Michał also specializes in transactional financial restructuring representing clients from across all sectors. He participated in many complex financial restructuring projects including acting for a consortium of Polish banks in a long-lasting restructuring process considered to be one of the most complicated and dynamic restructuring deals in Poland in recent years.
