Agnieszka Kulińska has focused on renewable energy sources since 2006. She has a broad portfolio of multinational clients specializing in the development and acquisition of wind farm and photovoltaic projects and other renewable energy sources in Poland and the CEE region at large. Her experience encompasses advising on investment agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, share and asset purchase agreements for various types of renewable energy enterprises, including due diligence of projects, in relation to M&A transactions and for financing banks.
She is well versed in regulatory issues, including grid connection and energy trading, and provides legal advice on offtake contracts, with particular focus on corporate PPAs.
