Leonardo is an insurance and dispute resolution partner in the Milan office of Clyde & Co. He assists financial institutions and corporates navigate major disputes across a wide range of industries, either in court or arbitration.

He is a litigator and leading expert in insurance and reinsurance matters, where he acts as either as monitoring, coverage or defense counsel in complex domestic or cross-border litigations and advises insurers in relation to coverage assessment. His practice focuses on financial lines (D&O, PI, EPLI), property and casualty, product liability and recalls, surety as well as W&I and cyber. He also handles commercial, corporate and bankruptcy disputes either in court or arbitration.
