Career

Attorney-at-law. Combining his legal expertise with a passion for IT and programming, he specialises in banking and payment services law, IT law, and new technologies law.

He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal support to FinTech and new technology enterprises. In his daily practice, he delivers legal services to a group of companies in the payment and banking services sector with a global presence and reputation.

He handles claims and represents clients before the Polish Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) in matters relating to authorisations, permits for providing payment services, and inspection proceedings. He provides legal support to payment institutions, clearing agents, credit card issuers, and providers of payment account information access. His work includes preparing legal opinions on the implementation of new payment services, drafting internal documentation, and ensuring timely reporting to supervisory authorities.

He possesses in-depth knowledge of new technologies, particularly blockchain, cloud storage, and artificial intelligence, and advises on the legal implications of integrating these tools into business operations.

He conducts training sessions for financial institutions on the application of DORA regulations and actively participates in the AI Working Group (GRAI) at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. He is also a regular speaker at conferences and industry events.
