Career

Partner, attorney-at-law. Expert in the FinTech sector. She has been providing comprehensive legal services to lending institutions, payment institutions, as well as banks for 10 years.

She provides legal services for the execution of complex banking and payment products in Polish and international institutions. She has introduced financial institutions to the Polish market, advising on the incorporation of the institutions’ structures and on the development of product offer using new technologies and mobile applications.

Provides opinions for financial institutions’ executions of new payment and loan services and products, as well as legal solutions in the areas of customer service and personal data processing. Provides comprehensive services to a group of payment and banking companies with a global reach and reputation.

Represents payment institutions in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on granting permittions, licenses to provide payment services and before administrative authorities – the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Office of Personal Data Protection (UODO), the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

She conducts trainings for financial institutions on the application of RODO and financial security measures, regulations. As part of the Polish Association of Loan Institutions, she participated in the development of the FinTech industry. She was a member of the working team for the development of financial innovation (FinTech) in Poland at the Office of the KNF. She participates in providing opinions on legislative activities relevant to the trading subject of the lending institutions and payment institutions (among others, laws regulating the activities of lending institutions, implementation of PSD 2, implementation of RODO).

She is involved in initiatives to promote female entrepreneurship in fintech, lendtech and M&A. In September 2024, she and her law firm joined the WOM&AN association, a global community of women active in M&A.
