Concentrates his practice in environmental law, primarily works in the areas of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, environmental permitting and enforcement, Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know, underground storage tanks, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, OSHA and CERCLA.

Admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U. S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Previously taught a college-level hazardous materials course.
