Practice spans over 50 years. Worked on more than 200 public financings and 100 M&A transactions. Focuses on transactions with a relatively high degree of tax structuring. Participated in developing several unique financing techniques including the development of master limited partnerships. Regularly advises private equity firms with respect to many types of transactions and assists Board of Directors with respect to conflicts of interest issues, as well as other governance matters.
