Michael N. Kreitzer, Co-Chair of the Miami Trial Practice and a trial lawyer for more than three decades, represents many national and international businesses and prominent individuals in their most consequential disputes. He has tried many jury and non-jury trials to final verdict and/or judgment in both federal and state courts throughout Florida and nationally. He also represents clients in arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution forums. His practice focuses on a wide range of business related disputes in the areas of contracts, real estate and real property law, business partnerships, and shareholder conflicts, including liability claims brought against directors and officers. Michael also has a very active practice in the areas of construction litigation, commercial real estate development litigation, trademark disputes and the representation of financial institutions and special servicers. He also appears regularly in both state and federal appellate courts.

Michael’s aggressive style coupled with his highly-focused pretrial and trial strategies have earned him many accolades in peer reviewed publications, such as Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Benchmark Litigation and Florida Super Lawyers. He is Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar since 1997.
