Michael advises leading Australian and global fund managers, alternative investment managers and financial institutions on all aspects of funds management, fund formation, investment management, funds related M&A transactions and financial services regulation. Michael is the leader of the firm's Capital Solutions and Funds Management groups.

Michael has broad industry experience across the full range of investment funds, investment structures and investment products. His broad Australian and international experience allows him to help clients reach their commercial goals within Australia’s complex framework of financial services and corporations regulations. Thanks to several years specialising in investment funds and funds management at Clifford Chance and BlackRock in London, Michael is also able to offer clients international market knowledge and insights.
