Michael Rosenthal is chair of the firm's Transportation practice group and a member of the Litigation and Antitrust practice groups. He represents railroads and other rail-industry clients in regulatory proceedings, including mergers, rate cases, unreasonable practice cases, abandonment proceedings, and rulemakings before the Surface Transportation Board. He also represents both railroads and non-rail clients in litigation and appeals in federal and state courts, in arbitration proceedings, and before antitrust and other regulatory agencies, and he advises them on transportation and competition law.
