He's truly exceptional, it's hard to put in to words. He's a brilliant legal mind and he's also just about the nicest person you can meet in this field. He's very diligent, works with fantastic speed and he always picks up on the key issues. He's a very efficient chair that has innate ability to get everyone on board and hears everyone's point.
He falls into that category of outstanding arbitrators of utter independence and integrity, guided by the facts and the law.
