Stephanie Cohen is a Canadian international arbitrator residing in New York City. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Ontario, Canada.
Stephanie has practiced exclusively as an arbitrator since 2012, serving as tribunal chair, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in matters governed by the ICC, ICDR, AAA, UNCITRAL and Society of Maritime Arbitrators rules. Previously, Stephanie was Counsel in the international arbitration and commercial litigation practice groups at White & Case LLP in New York where she represented clients in complex, high-value disputes before international arbitration tribunals and courts.
Stephanie serves on arbitrator rosters for the ICDR and the AAA and is a CPR Distinguished Neutral. She is active in the arbitration community, including as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Vice Chair of its New York Branch, and a member of the ICC Commission, among other organizations. She regularly speaks and writes about international arbitration matters of practical interest and has taken a leading role promoting cybersecurity in international arbitration, including as the author of an award-winning article and as a member of the ICCA-CPR-NYC Bar Association Working Group on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration.
