Merima Čarković-Karasalihović is a Partner at dmb partners with around 10 years of experience advising domestic and international clients. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, regulatory matters and transactional work, with particular strength in corporate governance, internal corporate acts, shareholder arrangements, capital changes, M&A and other structural reorganisations. She regularly advises clients on both day-to-day corporate matters and more complex strategic projects. She has a particular focus on e-commerce, digital solutions and fintech businesses, advising on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, contractual arrangements and consumer protection issues. Her recent work also includes advising on financing and regulatory aspects of major transactions, corporate structuring matters and ongoing regulatory support for financial institutions and growth businesses.
