Elma Veledar Arifagić is a Partner at dmb partners with 21 years of experience in legal consulting. She specializes in civil, commercial, employment, and constitutional law, with additional expertise in European human rights standards. Elma has worked with financial institutions, international corporations, and local businesses, advising on corporate compliance, regulatory matters, and litigation. She previously served as a legal advisor at the Office of the Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg.

Elma regularly represents clients before courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). She is actively engaged in legal reform initiatives and serves as a lecturer in the fields of labor law and human rights. In addition, she is the Editor-in-Chief of the Legal Chronicle (Pravna hronika) and has contributed to numerous legal publications. She is also a certified tutor within the Council of Europe's Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) Programme.
