dmb partners’ General Business Law Department advises domestic and international clients across banking and finance, IT, retail, construction, manufacturing, mining and other regulated industries. The team handles corporate and commercial matters, M&A, regulatory compliance, financing transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and day-to-day business issues. Recent work includes advising on the acquisition of OLX Global’s stake in OLX.ba, representing Bingo in the Aria Mall acquisition and merger clearance, and advising on Park Residence from structuring to implementation. The department regularly acts for financial institutions, multinational groups, investors and growth businesses, combining transaction support with ongoing corporate and regulatory advice.
