Dina Duraković is the Managing Partner of dmb partners and a business lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising domestic and international clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and M&A, including acquisitions, transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations, regulatory approvals and cross-border projects. She also has strong competition law experience, particularly in merger control, competition assessments and proceedings before the competent authorities. Employment is a further important part of her practice, where she advises clients on restructurings, redundancies, internal acts, disciplinary matters and employment litigation. Dina is one of the founders of the Employment Law School in Bosnia and Herzegovina and regularly lectures on corporate and employment law.

Dina is a member of the Management Board of the Foreign Investors Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is also involved in initiatives supporting entrepreneurship and the development of start-ups, particularly those led by women and young founders, as well as in the work of local organisations focused on the protection and promotion of human rights.
