Melinda Arsouze is a partner in Gide's Capital Markets team in Paris.
Its activities cover capital markets. She manages the US law practice. Melinda advises on financings involving placements in the US by French and EMEA companies, such as capital increases, IPOs, debt issues, securitisations and liability management. She has a strong practice in the healthcare sector. Melinda also advises foreign issuers on their SEC reporting obligations in the US. She works closely with the international offices, including New York, London, Istanbul, Warsaw and North Africa.
Melinda has recently worked on a number of capital increases (such as Axway, Air France, Veolia, Argan, Atari and Waga), block trades (such as AIG/Lectra), IPOs (such as Antin Infrastructure Partners) and 144A high yield and corporate debt issuances and liability management (such as Veolia, COEDB, Pernod Ricard). In the healthcare sector, Melinda has advised on a large number of recent transactions (such as Carmat, GenSight, Medincell, Phaxiam).
In the early years of her career, Melinda worked in the International Capital Markets team of a leading New York law firm. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
