Mehreen Manto is a partner at Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. and an Advocate of the High Court. She has over nineteen years of corporate, commercial and banking law experience.

She is involved in handling public sector and infrastructure development projects, public-private partnerships, power projects, financing, corporate syndications (under conventional and Islamic modes), engineering and construction contracts, private equity, bond and GDR issues.

She has substantial experience in handling competition law matters, project financing transactions for corporations, advising electronic money institutions and complex mergers and acquisitions. She lead the team which advised the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on investment in Pakistan.
