Vaseeq Khalid (LL.B Hons, L.P.C) has over fifteen years experience with Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. in corporate, commercial, banking, financial and regulatory matters. He directly handles and has extensive experience in transactions involving corporate financing (local and foreign currency), debt restructuring, project financing, capital markets including term finance certificate (bond) and sukuk (shariah compliant bond) Issues, Islamic financing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other corporate, finance and commercial transactions.
