Career

Arshad M. Tayebaly is exclusively responsible for all litigation matters of the Firm. He appears before the Supreme Court and the High Courts of the Country and supervises all litigation matters before the Banking Courts, District Courts and Tribunals.

He has successfully handled several important litigation and arbitration matters including those relating to Company Law, Regulatory and Public Law, Commercial and Contract Disputes and Real Estate matters. He is considered to be the leading expert in Commercial and Company litigation matters. Many of the decisions in litigation matters handled by him are reported in Law Journals.

Arshad M. Tayebaly is renowned for his solution oriented approach and understanding the clients' needs, playing a key role in numerous landmark disputes including the disputes surrounding the Karachi Rapid Bus Transit System and the Supreme Court's decision to quash the National Accountability Bureau Reference arising out of a notable commercial transaction. He has achieved numerous favorable outcomes via various modes of alternative dispute resolution.

He completed his LL.M. from Kings College London in 1990.
