Matthew Paul represents many different types of clients in complex, high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts, both in trial courts and on appeal. For example, Mr. Paul represents governmental entities and officials in various matters, including civil-rights claims, employment-discrimination claims, and public-records requests. Mr. Paul also represents companies and their officers and directors in class actions and other complex litigation. Mr. Paul also represents lawyers in disputes with former law firms, co-counsel, and clients, as well as ethics complaints.
