Matthew J. Connolly

Matthew J. Connolly is an experienced litigator and co-chair of the Environment and Energy practice group. He focuses his practice on advising a wide range of clients in environmental/administrative/government law, compliance matters, and regulatory litigation.

Matt brings substantial expertise advising a diverse roster of clients on complex environmental, administrative, and government law challenges—from compliance matters to high-stakes regulatory litigation. He represents municipalities, government entities, and leading companies in navigating federal and state courts as well as major regulatory bodies including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
