Matthew Doring is a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and its former chair, co-chair of the Commercial and Real Estate Finance practice group, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on finance, partnership matters, and all aspects of business law. Matthew has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers in senior, second lien, franchise financing, tax-exempt financing, equipment financing, and subordinated debt transactions.
