Chris Papavasiliou

Christopher W. Papavasiliou is a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department. Chris has a 360-degree perspective—having represented clients on all sides of real estate transactions—which he uses to help his clients find sensible resolutions that can work for all parties. Known for his pragmatic approach and steadfast devotion to efficiency, he isolates and distills issues quickly in an easy-to-understand manner while staying keen to his client’s overall goals. Chris has a particular specialty representing real estate investors, funds and operators through the lifecycle of real estate portfolios: acquisition and assemblage, financing, repositioning, leasing, construction, day-to-day property management needs and successful disposition.
