Massimo Antonini

Massimo advises Italian and international clients on tax law, with a particular focus on corporate transactions, M&A, private equity, international taxation, transfer pricing, tax litigation, private wealth management, trusts and estate planning. He has been Member of the Chamber of Finance Committee. He is frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences and has published many articles on domestic and international tax law.

Massimo Antonini joined the Firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2008.

He is currently member of: the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association; the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association - Italian branch; the Council of STEP Italy.
