He advises corporates, lenders and investors in the context of out-of-court and in-court financial restructurings and refinancings. Marvin has a special focus on cross-border and multinational situations with complex capital structures. Over the past decade Marvin was involved in many market-leading restructuring transactions.
Marvin joined Freshfields in 2009, and has been a partner since 2019.
Co-founder of the German chapter of TMA Next Gen
Marvin is co-author of several handbooks and legal commentaries including on the new German preventive restructuring framework (StaRUG) and he regularly publishes articles on restructuring-related topics.
