Martin Prager heads Morris's corporate/M&A group and has a broad corporate practice which encompasses a wide range of commercial transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, joint ventures, commercial contract negotiations, and reorganisations.
Martin has developed a strong reputation, advising both Swedish and international corporate clients and private equity sponsors on Swedish and cross-border transactions.
Martin frequently also provides advice regarding corporate law/governance and has experience from corporate investigations in connection with extensive internal inquiries.
