He is highly regarded in the market and is the go-to lawyer for cases involving employment terminations and mass redundancies.

Martin manages a broad range of employment law and pension matters, including but not limited to employment terminations, labor union negotiations, employment agreements and policies, trade secrets, transfers of undertakings, due diligence, discrimination, whistleblowing, investigations, health and safety issues, and employment dispute resolution. In addition to his expertise within other sectors, Martin is a former developer with particular experience and expertise within the gaming sector.

Martin excels in handling mass redundancy cases. Over the years, he has successfully managed countless such matters, including several high-profile and politically sensitive ones involving the Swedish prime minister and the Swedish government.

Furthermore, he provides support to other Swedish and international law firms in employment law matters. Martin gained experience in employment law during his tenure at the London office of Gowling WLG.
