Martha A. Sabol is Vice Chair of Greenberg Traurig. She focuses her practice on gaming regulatory and business law, representing national and international casino owners, operators and suppliers in the areas of regulatory compliance, acquisition, licensure, internal investigation matters and corporate counseling.
Martha's previous legal experience includes her role as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer with Hyatt Gaming Management, Inc., which owns, manages and consults with casinos in the United States and abroad. While head of the legal department, she was responsible for supervising all legal and compliance functions as well as administrative and corporate governance activities. Prior to Hyatt Gaming, Martha was in private practice where she represented public and private companies and individual clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and tax related matters.
Martha brings a business perspective to every matter, drawing on her more than 10 years of experience in management, sales and sales leadership that she gained while working in the contract management industry.
