Marta is a senior associate at the Madrid real estate department. Marta has broad experience advising national and international clients and coordinating all types of real estate transactions (including conveyance of property, commercial leases, forward purchase agreements, sale and leaseback arrangements, construction contracts and asset management) in relation with different types of assets (residential, offices, hotels, logistic sites, renewable energy projects, etc.). Marta has also experience advising financial entities in real estate finance transactions and in sales and acquisitions of REO portfolios. Her work also includes servicing agreements. Marta is dual-qualified as a lawyer in Spain and as an attorney in New York and is ranked in the main legal directories, such as Chambers & Partners.
