Marta Graça Rodrigues

Partner of the Corporate and Capital Markets Team of Garrigues Portugal since 2011. With an extensive experience in capital markets transactions, both in the Portuguese and the international markets, including IPO’s, takeover bids and public offerings; mergers and acquisitions specially involving listed companies; assistance in corporate governance and companies law matters on a day-to-day basis.

Trainee lawyer at PMBGR (1999-2000); advisor to the Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in 2000; lawyer in Leónidas, Matos & Associados (later incorporated as Garrigues Portugal) since November 2000.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2001)

Graduated with degree in law, from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1999). Postgraduate degree in securities from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Classical University (2004). Languages: English, Spanish.
