Karen Werner

Karen Werner is founding and managing partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. She represents local and international clients in highly complex cases across a range of civil and commercial lawsuits, conflicts between shareholders, insolvency proceedings and company reorganisations. She has extensive experience in the energy, mining, infrastructure, construction, financial services and real estate industries, among others.

Werner holds an LLM from Columbia Law School (2017). She is a member of the Women Lawyers Committee of the Chilean Bar Association and is included in the list of Young Arbitrators at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
