Alberto has a law degree from Universidad del Rosario and an LL.M. from Columbia University. He head’s Garrigues litigation and arbitration practice in Bogotá. Alberto frequently acts as counsel and advisor to companies involved in transnational litigation and arbitration in various industries, and handles insolvency related matters. Alberto also acts as an arbitrator, teaches civil law at Universidad del Rosario, and regularly lectures on arbitration matters at other universities. He is admitted to practice law in Colombia and New York.
