Marko is a partner in Blakes' Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group, based in the Toronto office. He represents startups and growth stage companies, and all those that invest in them, including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, pension fund and strategic investors. In addition to advising tech companies through all stages of growth, Marko specializes in venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic commercial transactions.
