Mark Perlis

Mark Perlis focuses his broad federal regulatory and litigation practice on energy and environmental matters, with electricity industry and climate change emphasis. His clients develop and own conventional and renewable generation, energy storage, distributed energy and demand reduction resources. He represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy and EPA, in adjudicatory, rulemaking, and enforcement proceedings. Mark also counsels on corporate procurement of renewable energy and sustainability, commercial agreements, litigation and mediation, compliance matters, climate change policy and environmental markets.
