Mark Hughes is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Hong Kong office and leads the Litigation and Dispute Management practice in Asia.
Mark advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters including litigation in the Hong Kong courts, arbitration, investigations by regulators and other authorities in Hong Kong and overseas and internal investigations and enquiries arising out of alleged misconduct. Many of the matters on which he has advised have involved multi-jurisdictional issues.
His clients have included financial institutions, private equity firms, brokers, asset management firms, listed companies, large state and privately held group companies, partnerships and individuals.
