Dickson Ng leads the Hong Kong corporate practice of Eversheds Sutherland, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, PIPE investments, equity capital markets, privatisation and public takeovers. In addition to his extensive transactional practice, Dickson also advises clients on a wide array of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and regulatory and compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies. A seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Dickson routinely advises on cross-border, complex projects and he covers Asia and international clients across different industries and sectors. His clients include conglomerates, multinational corporations, financial institutions, asset management companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds.
