He has more than 28 years of experience counselling cross-border, complex, high-stakes intellectual property-related transactions and disputes. He heads Eversheds Sutherland’s IP practice in Asia.
Cedric has exceptional experience helping multinational corporations acquire, exploit and enforce their IP rights and trade secrets, as well as implement technology transfer, IP protection, licensing, litigation and anti-counterfeiting strategies. He also counsel private equity and venture capital firms on IP investments in Asia.
Cedric has served as Asia-Pacific regional legal counsel of a major US-based global IP collective.
