Marisa Bocci is a partner in K&L Gates’ Seattle office. She works on a range of transactional matters, with a focus on hotel and resort properties, commercial real estate assets, and agriculture matters. Ms. Bocci has extensive experience advising asset managers and institutional investors on direct investing, co-investments, joint ventures, and other investment strategies relating to real assets. She also represents corporations, non-profits, educational institutions, hospitals, and religious organizations with respect to their real estate holdings. She also advises clients on food, beverage, and agribusiness M&A transactions. Ms. Bocci is the co-chair of the K&L Gates Agribusiness and Food & Beverage industry groups. She is admitted in New York and Washington.
