Career

Marija Vlajković is a partner with Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, specializing in labour & employment, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI/IT and technology law. She has been with the firm for 15 years and heads the employment practice in Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. She provides expert legal advice on employment-related matters to a number of national and international clients across the region and represents them in labour disputes.

Marija's extensive expertise is evident in her active involvement in the field of Artificial Intelligence. She regularly advises clients on AI-related legal challenges and supports them with business and employment structuring. In addition, Marija frequently takes part in conferences, panel discussions, and podcasts on a range of topics related to data protection and AI.
