Marie-Claude is a Partner in KRB’s Real Estate group with previous experience at a top-tier Canadian law firm. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate law and financing transactions. Marie-Claude’s experience includes the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of shopping centres, office towers and other major real estate assets. Additionally, she has represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, project financings and asset-based financings.

Marie-Claude completed her legal studies in civil law at the University of Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2010.
