Mariajosé Pérez Jiménez

Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román Abogados, since 2022. Currently, she is part of the Dispute Resolution team of the firm.

Before joining the Firm, she worked as an associate in the litigation and arbitration team of the law firm Morales y Besa (2020-2021); also, as an associate in the litigation and arbitration team of the law firm Chaves Awad Contreras y Schürmann (2018-2020) and before that, she worked as a legal assistant to the litigation team at Claro y Compañía (2013-2015).

Throughout her career, her practice has been focused mainly on high complexity litigation and arbitration proceedings, on diverse areas of law, before Ordinary Courts, Superior Justice Courts and Arbitration Tribunals. In this context, she has specialized on contractual issues and dispute resolution civil, commercial and construction matters, Public Works Concessions, among others.

​​​Lawyer from Universidad de Chile (2018).​ At the same university she worked as an assistant of the courses “Clínica Jurídica” (2015).

From the year 2020 she worked as a professor of the course “Organización Judicial” at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
