Edgardo Alvear Ahumada

Consultant lawyer of Fleischmann & Román Abogados since 2024.

His professional practice has focused on the resolution of complex conflicts, with a main focus on litigation before arbitration and ordinary courts. Throughout his career he has participated in the elaboration and execution of diverse judicial and extrajudicial strategies in conflicts related to patrimonial disputes, conflicts between shareholders, corporate governance, company acquisitions, construction contracts and diverse civil and commercial conflicts in general.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain (2024). In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Degree in Securities Market Law from Universidad de Chile (2020).

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
