His professional practice has focused mainly on infrastructure and construction work, related to the public and private sectors, in the corporate sphere and resolution of domestic and international disputes in various fields such as mining projects, roads, airports, reservoirs, hospitals, energy, highways, tunnels, and real estate, among others.

Founding partner at Fleischmann & Román Abogados.
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1999), where he obtained the highest distinction in his graduation exam (Summa cum laude). He has a Post Graduate Degree in Tax Law at Adolfo Ibañez University and a Master of Laws (LLM) at Georgetown University, Washington DC,. USA (2004).
Between 1997 and 2004 he worked in the law firm Aldunate y Cia., where he became partner of the firm. In 2005 he joined as a partner at Chadwick & Aldunate Abogados and, since 2012, he remained the main partner of Reymond & Fleischmann Abogados. In 2016 he founded Fleischmann & Román Abogados.
His teaching experience includes: Professor of Specialization Course in Construction, Law Universidad de Los Andes (2015 to date). Professor at Construction, Law Diploma, Universidad de los Andes (2020 to date). Professor at Concessions of Public Works Course, at Universidad del Desarrollo (2020 to date).
He is Arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago since 2014 and Arbitrator of the Judicial Power of Chile. Arbitrator of the National Arbitration Center (2019 to date).

Member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Arbitration Committee on construction issues, the Latin American Arbitration Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).
