Marcel’s clients include a range of (listed) Dutch and foreign multinationals, investment banks and institutional investors. He has almost 20 years of experience advising on corporate income tax, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and tax governance.
From 2010 to 2014 he headed the tax practice in the London office of Loyens & Loeff.
Marcel is a lecturer at the University of Leiden and a regular speaker on a range of topics.
