For more than two decades, Prof. Dr. Marc Gabriel, LL.M. (NTU UK) has been advising highly regulated industries on public law, health law, and, in particular, public procurement law issues. In doing so, he supports globally active companies, governments and state institutions in large-scale projects relating to the public sector with high public visibility.

As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law, administrative law and medical law, his consulting activities and legal representation in important court proceedings focus on the areas of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, infrastructure and transportation as well as defense and security.

As an honorary professor of public law and editor and author of numerous specialist publications and standard works on public law, particularly health and public procurement law, Prof. Dr. Gabriel contributes directly to the development of law in these areas.

• Legal representation in procurement and review proceedings as well as complex contract awards, primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, infrastructure and transportation as well as defense and security

• Advising and representing global pharmaceutical companies in health insurance tenders and large-volume litigation and damages proceedings in connection with pharmaceutical rebate agreements

• Assistance with infringement proceedings, state aid investigations, public-private partnerships and privatizations as well as state selection procedures in accordance with European law requirements
